Deceivers. Scammers - UPDATE BELOW
Deceivers. Liars. Very bad professionalism. I bought an Anafi Extended that by failure landed in an inaccessible place. I complained to them, shared all invoices, riding data and they gave me the reason in writing by email. However, Parrot Europe started to deal with the case, they asked to send everything they still had of Anafi Extended with the exception of the drone and after sending it disappeared. They don't respond to emails anymore and took what I had left of the equipment. Horrible brand with very weak and low behavior.
UPDATE: the brand contacted me, not cause of this review and sent me a new PARROT ANAFI EXTEND. Still have to configurate and try it out.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. They have been posing as various tattoo artists on instagram who are holding win a tattoo competitions, then they contact those who entered the competition to tell them they have won, but they just have to sign up to bright parrot to claim their prize. Then they charge £49.99 per month.

Months and months and months pass
Months and months and months pass - absolutely no response. NEVER ever use this company . They care for shareholders only- and their customer service is at best rude, at moderate incompetent - and at worst truly offensive in how they treat people who have believed their adverts.

Awful Customer Service
Awful customer service. I'm writing this more than 6 weeks after we first raised an issue with our drone and are still awaiting a decision from Parrot. No phone number to contact them and it now takes a week for them to respond to any communications. As we use our drone for business so this is losing us money. Will be avoiding Parrot in future unless there is a noticeable improvement in customer service and advise others to do the same in order to avoid a similar situation. It's a shame as we like the drone.
Garbage Service
Had a parrot drone for years and was awesome, finally needed to buy a new battery and thought I would go to the source so I could ensure the quality.
Delivered quickly but I noticed I had been double-billed for one item. I contacted customer serivces repeatedly and never had a response three months down the line and still out of pocket £80

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service, paid £700 for a drone that now doesn't work.. rather than just being able to send back for a repair that i'd happily pay to use the drone again Parrot drag out over weeks and months with back and forward with customer service tickets with such a delay in replying. Never purchase fro these guys again.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. So my sons parrot mambo worked for a total of 5 mins on Christmas day! Now it won't update, it won't connect to my phone and all it does is flip over. When I first went to parrot for help they were excellent and gave me a list of things to try and resolve the matter. Non of this has worked and now they're completely blanking my emails and I can't get through when I try and call them. All my son wants is a replacement.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Beware they package used product as new, couldn't even erase the memory first to hide it. Called them on it they played dumb and said I could ship to them and wait for new one. On 3rd flight motor malfunction and crashed and WOULD NOT WARRANTY. Customer service almost non exsitant and ghosted me after I gave them the info the asked for. If you are thinking about buying a product from them maybe consider throwing $800 in the garbage first.

Non existence of any customer service 2 weeks waiting on a simple question about the car kits parrot mki9200 has stopped working because of an apple update to my iPhone I believe anyone who has an iPhone cannot use the car kits to listen to music anymore and they won’t even answer a question. replied 7 times 2 emails telling me about how they strive for excellent customer service

Parrot Customer Service is Non-Existent!
Honestly, the worst company I have ever dealt with PERIOD!
You would think, after purchasing a product of this type the first thing a company would focus on is customer satisfaction. I have now sent 6 emails with all the information and more they originally asked for with absolutely no reply.
The drones are excellent BUT be wary there is no support when you need it!!!

Anybody home?
Awful company.
Purchased mini kit neo 2 where an android app to operate is displayed on the box. App does not exist in the play store.
Contacted parrot, automated reply stating to wait 24 to 48 hours for a reply.
2 week later I get my reply. It has been "escalated to the escalation team". This was two weeks ago, again no reply!

Brand new Parrot Bebop2 out of the box…
Brand new Parrot Bebop2 out of the box flies great but internal storage is corrupt and will not store any footage or pictures. What's the point in having a drone with no video or picture?
Also link wire (usb) and rotor blade key were missing. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. Also no customer support website is full or errors, no phone, no email, no postal address, no way to get a refund!. Feel completely ripped off.

Quite possibly the worst customer…
Quite possibly the worst customer services ever..... I bought a Nissan and a Parrot drone came with it, great i thought.... Anyway I have just rang there Customer Service to register a warranty as we have a fault with the unit and I have been told "No Proof of Purchase " no warranty . i told them the unit came free with a car and they said "oh well never mind we still will not give you any warranty".
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Customer service? what customer service.. This companys support structure is a joke. The worst experience ive ever encountered.
One fly away drone the other numerous issues and no response after countless support tickets logged
My advice is to look at DJI. The support i had for my spark wasnt amazing but at least they had the common decency to respond.
